Delivery

🎄 Christmas Delivery 2026

Want it under the tree? Please order by these dates for UK delivery before Christmas:

  • Standard Delivery: order by midnight on Thursday 17 December
  • Speedy Delivery: order by 1pm on Tuesday 22 December

Ordering after these dates? We'll still dispatch as quickly as we can, but we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.

UK Delivery

  • Free Standard Delivery on orders over £40
  • Standard Delivery £4.95 (4-7 working days)
  • Speedy Delivery £9.95 (1-2 working days)
  • Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday). This applies to both Standard and Speedy Delivery.

International Delivery

We deliver to all international destinations. Delivery charges vary by country:

  • EU: you'll see your delivery cost at checkout before you pay.
  • Outside the EU: please contact us at hello@pearlandbear.com and we'll find the best delivery option for you.
  • Ordering by phone or email: please contact us for delivery charges before you place your order.

International orders are sent by airmail or courier. Airmail usually arrives within 4-10 working days, through some parcels may take longer. Couriers need a signature, so please use an address where someone can sign for your parcel.

If your order is late

We'll always do our best to deliver within the time stated. If your order hasn't arrived in time, email hello@pearlandbear.com and we'll do all we can to get it to you quickly. If you'd prefer and your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel your order and we'll refund what you've paid.

We can't be responsible for losses caused by late delivery, so please allow plenty of time when ordering, especially for gifts and special occasions.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your Pearl & Bear order. If not, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

To return an item:

1. Email hello@pearlandbear.com with your order number.

2. Send the item back unused, in its original condition and packaging, to:

Pearl and Bear, 7 Bridgefields, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL7 1RX.

3. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

Email hello@pearlandbear.com with your order number. Please allow up to 7 working days for your replacement to arrive. We'll always try to send it sooner, but it depends on stock.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If something arrives faulty or damaged, please email hello@pearlandbear.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
